This is under Edit Photos > Edit Names > Rename to Photo's Date

The 24h Time Format won't work and reverts the Preview back to the original name even though "Custom Defined" is listed.

How do I Edit Names using the 24h time format?

Thank you for your question.

To rename your photos to the original date/time where the time is in the 24h format and not AM/PM you need to select in Edit Names, the Custom Defined preset.

In the Edit Names window that will open select Time format as 24h.
