I just purchased the batchphoto software, however, before I put in the activation code. I was wondering if I will be able to use it on my old and new computer I'm getting next month?

Sure, you can install it on your old computer and activate it with your code. Then, when you get the new computer, just uninstall from your old computer and install and activate on your new one.
