I'm using a trial version of the pro software.

My OS is XP Pro 64-bit running on a Dell workstation

I'm trying to convert RAW CR2 files from a Canon 5D2 DSLR.

Selecting any output format other than 'keep original image format' gives images with pronounced magenta colour casts, or a swirly rainbow effect.

The latter is more pronounced with TIF output selected

Anyone any ideas?
