Sometimes I want to remove an added date and time stamp on a photo. I have not yet found any way to do it. I think it is possible and would be happy to learn how.

I hope you still have the original/unmodified photos since the alternative is not a good one.

If a stamp/watermark is applied, the pixels from the place where the watermark resides are modified. So you cannot remove it because the original picture pixels are now replaced by the watermark's pixels. It's like writing on a paper photo then trying to remove the writing.

You can find on the Internet some programs that can "remove" the watermark but the result will not be the same as the original image.
