Hi,

I am just evaluating the BatchPhoto edition for an application I have to convert pdfs to jpgs. I have ghostscript 32bit installed but when I import a pdf that is image based the resultant preview (and output) is an image that looks to be inverted (a bit like a negative image of the original).

Is there a further step I am missing to pull in the pds exactly in their original format.

Can you please send us the PDF file to support at batchphoto dot com so that we can investigate this problem?

You can try to add the Auto Rotate filter or (if all the images are inverted) the simple Rotate filter and rotate all images with 180 degrees.

Please let me know if this solves your problem.
