Hi all
I'm having issues uploading pictures to my company's website. Looks like it connects but is unable to write the files.
I'm using BatchPhoto on OS X 10.7.5
The ftp I'm trying to connect to is on Amazon.
I tried to connect using both numeric IP and domain name in the host field.
Connecting with another FTP client works and I manage to upload files.
I tried to intentionally put a wrong password and that was detected so i imagine the login process is successful.
I tried to intentionally put a wrong folder name and it was detected so i think there's nothing wrong in it either
BatchPhoto is able to upload pictures to other FTPs.
The os x system log doesn't give me any feedback on this, I tried to ask the IT guy if he can show me the FTP log.
Can you help me please?
Thank you!
Matteo

Hi Matteo,
Thank you for your feedback.
> The ftp I'm trying to connect to is on Amazon
What port number is required for your connection to Amazon? It needs to be 21 (the default FTP port) for the connection to work, trying to connect with another port will probably fail.
Please let me know if this solves your problem.
Thank you for your feedback.

Hi thanks for the answer.
Yes, FTP port was set to 21 as normal.
This is the screenshot of the windows (the picture is cut, there's more on the right) and what i found in the log:
Nothing mentioning any problems related to the failure. Is there any way to get a more detailed log?
It seems to be quite an odd one, given the other FTPs i tried worked without problems
Thanks for your help

Hello,
Thank you for the details.
What version of BatchPhoto do you use (see BatchPhoto > About BatchPhoto)?

Hello,
Unfortunately I cannot reproduce this problem. It would be very helpful if you can contact us at support(at)bitscoffee.com and give us the FTP details for a test account that is not working on your end.
