BatchPhoto Forum

Been using Batchphoto ok for many months. All of a sudden when I upload images and apply a filter, it is not working. For example when I add rezize filter and go into edit it would normally display the image and original size of the image but there is nothing there?

Any help would be welcome... Attached is a screen shot...

Just to make sure... do you have the previews active (the "Show preview" option is checked)?

Please let me know what version of BatchPhoto are you using (from the main menu select Help > About Us) and let me know your operating system (e.g. Windows 10) you have.

Also it will be useful if you can send us a sample image that has this problem by email to support at batchphoto dot com.
