Monitor Problem. Won't process newly added photos

Dear Sir,

We have acquired a licence for your program in order to use it for monitoring a folder:

We have a folder named VesselPhotos and we want whatever photo is inserted there to be copied to the respected folder in VesselPhotosReduced.

But it doesn’t work.

I attach you the profile, the monitor.xml file and the log along with the monitor configuration file:

Thank you for your feedback and for sample files.

We have investigated the problem and we have observed that the monitor Job has processed about 5k images before it stopped working. We believe this is because of the small scan interval which was set to 120 seconds.

Since the Job has to compare all 5k images from your monitored folder with the 5k images already processed (recorded in the log file) it will need more than 120 seconds to finish before the next scan begins.

So here is the solution that we suggest:
1. In Documents\BatchPhoto\Monitor rename or delete the Monitor.xml file so a new one will be created
2. Create a new Job in BatchPhoto Monitor
3. Set the scan interval to 3600 seconds - a big enough value to make sure it works with tens of thousands of images. This value is not in the combo-box but you can edit the field manually.
4. Set the profile associated with this Job
