Never got activation code and bounceback email from support.

I cannot seem to reach Batch Photo to giet my activation code or to communicate with support. Anyone else?

I am having the same experience. I never received an e-mail with my activation code. I attempted to contact the company, but to no avail, nothing happened. I used paypal to purchase, so I can stop payment.

I'm sorry for the late reply.

We had a problem with our server last week (for a few hours) that was resolved about one week ago. All the activation codes that have not been sent immediately after purchase have been resent a day later. We apologize for this delay.

In the unlikely event you haven't received your activation code please email us at support with your information and we will send you a code right away! Also the order can be automatically retrieved from our website:
