Hello,

in future i have to convert much mulitpage-pdf-files to jpgs and installed the trial-version of BatchPhoto for testing it.
but the programm can´t covert the pdf, it gives an error i have to install ghostscript to do this.

i installed the ghostscript from the link in error-message 32bit. i tried a 64bit-version and 2 different versions (9.07 and 9.15), but the error is the same all the time.

can you tell me please how must this ghostscript installed or in which way it have to run it to convert the pdf-file?

We are sorry for the inconvenience.

After GhostScript 32bit installation you will have to restart BatchPhoto. Only after restart BatchPhoto will automatically detect it.

If you already tried this, please send us an email with your operating system name, operating system architecture(32/64bit), and BatchPhoto version. Also attach to the email one pdf file that you want to convert.
