Installs fine, but won't run

Install went like normal. I rebooted after install just to make sure.
When you start the program nothing seems to happen.
If you check in Task Manager, it is there.
Windows 7 64bit Home Premium.
BatchPhoto version 4.0.1.

In Windows Troubleshooter, "Issues Found" it says "Incompatible Application".

Can't purchase if it won't work. Too bad looked like it would do what I need.
No email response, no posting.

Sorry for the late reply.
BatchPhoto should work just fine on Windows 7 64bit Home Premium. Unfortunately we cannot reproduce your specific problem and the only way to investigate it forward will be through a remote connection to your PC.
