Monitor Script not found no pictures in folder

I have tried everything to get custom profiles I make in the newest version on Batch Photo to run in the folder monitor, when there are photos being made into the watched folder the monitor won't run the profile script and says (Script not found) then a second window comes up and says (No pictures in folder)

Very confused need help asap or I just wasted 90$ on an upgrade when it worked fine yesterday.

Thank you for your order and we are sorry for this problem.

There is an issue in the current version that prevents the profile to contain the "&" sign. To solve this please make sure that your monitored folder path and output folder do not contain the "&" sign.

This issue will be fixed shortly in the next minor update for BatchPhoto (4.0.2).

If this is not the problem, please send us a profile to inspect.
