Hi,
I just downloaded the free trial and tried to use a grunge frame around a photo with the "Draw over a transparent background" box ticked on. But when I look at the processed photo there is no grunge border. It the same straight edge border the picture always had. Only when the "Draw over transparent background" box is ticked off do I see a grunge border around the photo. But it's on top of a square white background. Is there a way to change the background color so I can set it to match my website's background so the grunge border is visible without a white background?
Thanks.
Does the "Draw over a transparent background" work?
Hi,
If you use the "Draw over a transparent background" option, please make sure you use an output format that supports transparency (PNG, TIFF, etc).
Please let me know if there is something else.
