Run time error

When I do some annotation, the program stops, and says " run time ", consult BatchPhoto, etc. How do you remedy this? It is quite irritating since the program automatically starts, and when you continue it stops again.
An early response to this problem will be highly appreciated.

Hi,

Can you tell us your operating system and BatchPhoto version?
Please try to apply annotate filters on different photos and see if it crashes again. Your pictures might be corrupted or have an unsupported format.
