Hello,
I've been using BatchPhoto for a couple years and recently upgraded my workstation to Windows 7. After the upgrade, many of the GIF thumbnails BatchPhoto produces seem to have a lot of pixelation or noise in them. This problem seems to occur on all Windows 7 machines in the office and none of the XP machines.
The problem does not occur if you change the output file format to PNG or JPG, but unfortunately, our database and website are set up to look for GIF images only.
I am using BatchPhoto Pro 2.6.2
Thank you.
GIF thumbnails pixelated after Windows 7 upgrade
Dear user,
This problem occurs because of a third component that we use. Anyway we will try to resolve this problem in a future update.
