One of my photos keeps processing with a Batch watermark

I initially did the trial with Batch, which produced a photo with a watermark. Then I purchased the program and activated, and tried to convert the same file from tif to jpeg with Batch, and I still keep getting the photo with the watermark! What can I do to remedy this?

Dear Andy,

Only the trial version applies a watermark on output, this is the difference between the trial and the registered version.

Please check your source image and that you have properly activated the full version of BatchPhoto. For activating BatchPhoto please go to Help > Activate, fill Name and Code and press the Ok button.
