I'm just trying to add the timestamp, steps seemed pretty simple but getting this error:

Process started at 2013-01-23, 12:47:11.

Processing 209 images with 1 graphical filter(s) per image.

System: 4 CPU core(s) detected.
Launching 4 thread(s) of execution.

- Failed to write /Users/amber/Desktop/Stamped Photos/164_stamp.jpg

Hello,

Thank you for your feedback.

If you have purchased BatchPhoto from the Mac App Store, BatchPhoto has to obey the rules of sandboxing imposed by Apple. In a few words, those rules forbid BatchPhoto to write (the processed photos) in any folder but the 'Pictures' folder.

So the solution for you is to set the 'Output Folder' in Step 3 to be the 'Pictures' folder instead of the 'Desktop' folder.

For details about sandboxing on the Mac App Store, please see this article:

Please let me know if this solves your issue or you have further questions.
