My Batch Photo Pro consistently stamps the modified exif date, not the created exif date. It has done this 15 of 16 times regardless of whether I start with CR2, Tiff, or Jpeg photos. How can I corrrect this. I didn't read anything about not being able to open photos before time/date stamping them. I am running Windows 7 (64 bit). Bob.
Hello,
In order to apply the Date filter BatchPhoto reads the original date/time information from the photo's EXIF record, this is the date/time of the creation as written by the digital camera. If this information is not available BatchPhoto will read the creation time of the file on disk, which may not be accurate.
