Not Watermarking Image

I have watermarked hundreds upon hundreds of photos with my company's logo. However, I am not able to watermark any photos with my company's logo. It is the same file being used to watermark, but it is neither showing up in the preview pane OR in the processed photos. How can I fix this?

What type of image (e.g. JPG, PNG) is your company logo? Can you please send it to us at support?
