from PSD to PNG doesn't work

When I want to change an image from a PSD file into a PNG file I get a black 'picture' in PNG as output. What am I doing wrong ?

Can you please email me the sample PSD image at [email protected]?
BatchPhoto can read PSD files that are saved by Photoshop with the "maximum compatibility" option selected. If the PSD files are not saved with this option BatchPhoto may not recognize them.
