I am unable to upload Sony ARW files into batch photo even though I was able to when using the free version?

Any suggestions?

Only BatchPhoto Pro can handle RAW images (from DSLR digital cameras), like Sony's ARW format. Have you purchased BatchPhoto Pro or BatchPhoto Home?
