Sirs:

I installed a trial version of BatchPhoto, and when I go to the filter selection, the parameter portion is only partially visible. I've tried lowering the display resolution, but this does not help. Do you have any suggestions?

In advance, thank you.

Thanks for the reply.

I'm using Windows 10 - 64bit. May I ask how to send a screen shot? I don't see the option for attaching images.

Many thanks

David

Under the text box and the Save draft, Preview and Submit buttons you have the Attachments tab. Click on it and select Add files.

Thanks. I missed the Attachment choice. Here's one screen from the Edge Command.

Hi David,

It seems you have your desktop scaled (Display Settings > Scale and layout, value greater than 100%). Unfortunately the older versions of BatchPhoto (prior to v4) do not work correctly on scaled desktops.

You can try the latest version of BatchPhoto for free:

Many thanks for the speedy reply. I tried scaling it to 350%, but got the same result. I'll download the new version and give it a shot.

Hi David,

BatchPhoto ia optimised for the 200% desktop scaling, equivalent to Retina on Macs.
