Re: Ghostscript for EPS Images

Hi, Thank you for your interest in BatchPhoto Enterprise. Once installed the GhostScript should work just fine without the need to reinstall it. It’s hard to understand what happened on your computer without seeing it, but you can try to reinstall the 32-bit version of the library from here: https:/...

Re: Optimize Images

Hi,

Thank you for your interest in BatchPhoto.

Sure, you can compress images without resizing them. In order to do that you need to select in Step 3 the Output Format as JPG, then press Settings next to the format. Adjust the slider Size/Quality as you need. You can also try the Fixed Size option.

Re: Can a Profile File be Shared?

Hi S,

Thank you for using PhotoMarks.

Sure you can share a profile with another user just like you share any other file. One thing to take into consinderation is that your coworker may not have the same path to the logo image so it may need to reselect it.

Re: Temp Directory

It's like writing on a pice of paper with a pen and then trying to remove the writing. Removing a stam...

Re: Monitor Job Factors that Determine a New File

Hi,

No, the checksums can only be reset manually by checking the option "Reprocess all images using the new settings" in the Job's settings window.

Re: Batch Photo Trademark Watermark

Hi Tamara,

Thank you for your interest in BatchPhoto.

The BatchPhoto watermark logo is the main limitation of the Trial (free) version. This will of course no longer be added to the processed photos once you purchase BatchPhoto Home, Pro or Enterprise.

Re: Monitor Job Factors that Determine a New File

Hi,

The checksum log only has the name and the MD5 checksum of the processed images. I don't know what you mean by "time of the checksum log"?
