We do use a standard method to save the metadata inside the processed images. Removing the metadata should be possible afterwards.
Please send us a sample image that causes this problem to support at batchphoto dot com.

When changing the DPI with the Resize Advanced filter, the image size in pixels will not be modified. The new DPI will be written in the image metadata without changing the rezoltution in pixels.
Please let me know if this clarifies your concerns.

What language do you have tour Windows set in? Can you try to set your Windows language to English then install BatchPhoto again?

In the Date filter's settings make sure the Placement is Bottom-Center and the Delta X and Y values are set to 0. If you have other settings the results will not be consistent, just as you reported.
