BatchPhoto reads the date/time, when the photos were taken, from the embedded EXIF record written by the digital camera in every digital photo. Dear user, Thank you for the nice words, greatly appreciated! Actually, this feature has been implemented since version 2.8 but it may not be so obvious. In Step 3 select JPG (only this format supports fixed image sizes) as the Output Format then press the Settings button. There you can check "Fixed...

Re: Original date doesn't post on pictures

Dear user,

If BatchPhoto cannot get the Date and Time when the photo was taken, it will use the Date and Time when the photo was created on disk. Can you give us a sample to further investigate this problem?

Re: Use Batchphoto on a new computer?

A BatchPhoto license can only be used on one computer. Uninstall BatchPhoto from the old computer and then install it and activate it on the new one.

If you are interested we also offer great discounts for purchasing multiple licenses, please see:

Dear user,

You will have to use the Watermark-Logo filter multiple times.
Load the letter photo in Step 1 and then apply 8 Watermark-Logo filters with your other photos as logos.

Dear user, If you use the “Width & Height” option and you have the following situation: the aspect ratio of the original photo is less than 1 and the aspect ratio of the resulting picture is greater than 1 or vice-versa, then BatchPhoto will interchange the two dimensions (width and height) in order...
