Re: Reinstall on New Computer

Dear user,

A BatchPhoto license can only be used on one computer. So you will need a license for each computer you want to install BatchPhoto on.

If you are interested we also offer great discounts for purchasing multiple licenses, please see:

Re: add drop box

Dear user,

There are three ways in which you can add photos to the list: use the Add button; paste the photos that are attached to the clipboard using the Ctrl + V key combination or the Paste option from the photo list's right-click menu; drag & drop your photos onto the image list.

Re: Noise Removal

Dear user,

Re: enterprise version - need to be logged in?

Dear user,

Since BatchPhoto Monitor is not a service, it is necessary for the user that installed BatchPhoto Enterprise to log in before the Monitor can begin monitoring his folders.

Re: Can't find camera

Dear user,

BatchPhoto can only recognize cameras that are seen as removable drives by the operating system. Compatibility with all commercial photo cameras is not guaranteed. Try to copy your photos to a location on your hard drive and then manually add them to BatchPhoto's list.
