Re: Facebook fan page

Hi,

You can use BatchPhoto to upload pictures to FaceBook accounts, not to FaceBook pages.

Re: How do I convert .gif files to .jpg?

Hi, I apologize for the late reply. We didn't found any problem with the JPG files. You can try to open the processed files with another application (like Paint or Windows photo viewer) and see if the pictures are handled well there. There are some options that modifies the JPG's properties: in Step...

Re: How do I convert .gif files to .jpg?

Hi,

In order to do that please select the photo's output format to JPG, option that you can find in Step 3. You can also find more information about this option in the help file at "User Interface > Step 3 Setup" section.

Please let me know if there is something else.

Re: Keywords

Hi, Are you referring to the dialog from Step 2 > Preset > Custom Defined ? That dialog is an advanced tool for changing the cryptic names that were generated by your digital camera (e.g. DSC2342.jpg) to meaningful names like "Summer July, 2011.jpg". If yes, the only keyword that is retrieved from i...

Re: Does the "Draw over a transparent background" work?

Hi,

If you use the "Draw over a transparent background" option, please make sure you use an output format that supports transparency (PNG, TIFF, etc).

Please let me know if there is something else.

Re: Recreate Original Folder Structure in Selected Folder

Hi,

In my tests BatchPhoto executed the script you mentioned without skipping any output path folder on a system with Windows 2008 R2. It might be a problem if this happens to you but we cannot reproduce it.

Can you also please tell us how many subfolders are in your target folder?

Re: Recreate Original Folder Structure in Selected Folder

My script search line is: <Search Path="pathToFolder\*.*" Subfolders="1"/> Can you please tell us your Windows and BatchPhoto version? Also it may...

Re: Run time error

Hi,

Can you tell us your operating system and BatchPhoto version?
Please try to apply annotate filters on different photos and see if it crashes again. Your pictures might be corrupted or have an unsupported format.

Re: Batch Monitor not working like I expect

Hello,

Yes, you cannot overwrite the photos with the monitor. If you want to use it, your output folder should be different than the original photo's folder.

For more details about the monitor you can check the Monitor section from the help file.

Please let us know if there is something else.
