Hello, It seems your TIF images are multipage, with the first page beeing the image itself and the second a thumbnail. Hi Phil, Thank you for your recent order. BatchPhoto has been tested and is working properly on Windows 8. It may be that there is a problem with Windows Installer on your computer. In the current version BatchPhoto cannot create multi-layered PSD files (only convert them) but this is something we are looking into for the next releases.
