Hi,

Make sure that your profile has the correct format (was not edited manually) and is located within the designated Profiles folder:
C:\Users\User\Documents\BatchPhoto\Profiles

If the problem persists you can send us the profile in question to support at batchphoto dot com.

PhotoMarks can watermark PSD (Photoshop) files and your problem is certainly related to the specific PSD files you are using. Can you please send us via email at support at photomarksapp dot com a PSD file that crashes PhotoMarks?

Hi Thomas, Yes, "Registration Code" is the same as "Activation Code". You need to copy and paste the activation code received after purchase in BatchPhoto's main menu, the Help section > Activate > Add Code. The code is guaranteed to be correct, just make sure you copy & paste it to avoid any mistak...
