Re: Can I run jobs overlapping?

Hi, Thank you for using BatchPhoto Enterprise. Yes, you can certainly run jobs overlapping but they will not know about each other so the jobs can't be synchronized. Make sure the Folder path is not the same as the one for the source images. Also if you overwrite the images they will change, just open them in a photo viewer and don't l...

Re: Output thumbnail images appear the same as the input images

Hi Steve, Thank you for using BatchPhoto The File Explorer is using the cached thumbnails and seldomly updates some thumbnails. The images themselves are processed correctly as you can see when you open them. BatchPhoto does not update the JPG thumbnails, so unless the File Explorer loads the entire...

Re: Output images same as input (filters not being applied)

Hi,

Thank you for using BatchPhoto.

The problem is likely related to the thumbnails not being updated. If you open the processed images you should see that the image was edited.

Re: GPS Coordinates

Hi, Thank you for using BatchPhoto. If the you have added the [GPSLatitude] and [GPSLongitude] keywords in the Watermark-Text filter and nothing shows up in the processed images, it means that your original images not have the Latitude and Longitude coordinate inside their metadata. Let us know if t...
