Re: Rotate Photos

Hello,

If the photos are correctly rotated in the preview they will be correctly rotated after processing them. However the thumbnails that you may see in preview are not rotated but if you open the photos in a viewer they will have the correct orientation.

Re: Rotate Photos

Hello,

Just add the Auto Rotate (Step 2 > Add Filter) filter before any other filter so the photos will be correctly rotated before applying additional edits.

Please let me know if this solves your problem.

Re: Make Logo the Same on Each Picture in Batch

Hello, This happens because not all of your photos in the batch are of the same size in pixels (or mega-pixels). Actually the logo is of the same size in pixels for all the photos but when the photos are scaled to be displayed on your computer screen the larger ones will appear to have a smaller log...

Re: Background Colour for Comments

Hi Gerry,

Thank you for your feedback.

In the current version of BatchPhoto you can add a color background for the Date filter but not for the Comment or Watermark-Text filters. We are considering adding this option for those filters as well in a future release.

Re: FTP Maintain Folder Structure

Hi Jodi,

Thank you for your feedback.

In the current version of BatchPhoto you can maintain the folder structure if you save the processed images on your computer, but this option is not available yet for FTP.

We are considering adding this feature for the next version of BatchPhoto.

Re: BatchPhoto Does not Detect Images

Hello,

This is not related to the latest version of Windows 10, BatchPhoto works without issues.

This may be related with your JPEG images or the folder where they are stored. Can you try to move the images directly into your Pictures folder and load them from there into BatchPhoto?

Re: Suggestion: Add Custom Picture Frames

Hello,

Thank you for your suggestion.

This is a feature that we could implement in the future. Meantime you can replace frames from AppFolder/Frames with your own designs.

Re: Timestamp to Nearest Second?

Hello, Thank you for your interest in BatchPhoto. With the Date filter you can date-time stamp photos with second precision. In the Date filter's configuration window select the Format as HH:MM:SS AM/PM . You can also change the image names to date-time with second precision. In Step 2 > Edit Names ...
